Return Policy/ Guarantee:

We do not give returns, exchanges, or refunds on any food or drink product. 

Regular merchandise (non-food items) is allowed to be exchanged only for another product(s) of equal or lesser price, with the original receipt within 30 days of purchase.  No cash back is allowed on an exchanged item that is exchanged for another product(s) of equal or lesser price.  No store credit will be issued/ allowed on an exchanged item that is exchanged for another product(s) of equal or lesser price.

Back Order/ Refund Policy:

If an item is not shipped out after 10 business days due to being back ordered from a supplier, the purchase price will be refunded in full in the form that you purchased it (cash, check, or credit).  If the item was paid for in cash, and the refund needs to be mailed, it will be issued in the form of a money order or check (at management's discretion).
